Asking questions can change your life. Inquisitive minds discover vital information about other. I enjoy asking questions because they give me insight into what is going on inside the internal lives of those I love and care about. The most important part is to listen carefully once I ask the question.
What are the question that you ask others in order to discover how they are doing? What are the best ways to ask questions without seeming like you are probing too much?
My favorite question to find out what people are thinking is to simply ask after saying something like how amazing they are: “How did it feel to (succeed)?” If they are sharing about a challenge, another favorite is: “What was the most important lesson you learned through that experience?
