You have restored my honor. My heart is ready to explode, erupt in new songs. It’s impossible to keep quiet! Eternal One, my God, my Life-giver, I will THANK you forever. Psalm 20:4 Voice
I am thankful for God’s work of restoration in my life because it calls me to the wonderful future that I know He has planned for me as I learn to walk in honor and peace.
The greatest enemy to your purpose and future is a sense of shame because of what has happened or what has not happened in the past. It’s important to look at these painful places in order to replace the lies of worthlessness with God’s opinion about you. When you are feeling hopeless, let your mind take you to where you have felt that before. A memory will pop up if you let it. Invite the Lord into that picture and see what He wants to tell you. This is powerful and life changing.
