God doesn’t miss anything. He knows perfectly well all the love you’ve shown him by helping needy Christians, and that you keep at it. And now I want each of you to extend that same intensity toward a full-bodied hope, and keep at it till the finish. Hebrews 6:10-11 MSG
One of the most tangible ways to show your love really costs you nothing more than the awareness to squeeze in as many loving acts of service as you can before the other person does them. Opportunities are everywhere if you will move quickly to serve those you claim to love.
Speak blessings
It’s one thing to put on a big production once a year on Valentine’s day and quite another to speak a blessing instead of complain that they leave their clothes on the floor and the dishes in the sink. Your attitude comes through when you are mumbling under your breath and complaining because of unmet expectations.
Surprise them
The best results comes when you surprise someone by doing something that they normally do and may not enjoy doing. The best loving environment is created when both of you are competing on how quickly you can serve and how much you care. Put words of joy, delight and pleasure for the opportunity to serve.
Prayer
Thank You, Lord, that you don’t miss anything. Even when others may not see all that I do for those I love you see my heart to help each one. I am going to keep at it will complete hope – the positive outcome. I do this for me knowing that it will also bless them. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
