Praise often
Give the gift of frequent hope-filled praise especially when things are tough. This inspires others to do the same. It changes the atmosphere and brings the needed change more quickly. Even if the change takes a long time to come, you can still have fun in the midst of it all.
Take time to find what is praise-worthy in the people around you
If you are in a middle of a difficult situation, you might lose sight of how incredible the people surrounding you are. Find something to compliment in everyone you meet. A good way to start this is simply say, “I so appreciate that you ____________ in the current situation. That is a blessing to me because ___________.”
Prayer
Thank You, Lord, for the ways that you continually work in our lives to inspire hope as we praise You for Your goodness. Fill our hearts with hope even in the tough times. I commit to continue to praise You no matter what happens and I thank You for Your goodness and kindness. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
